I wandered aimlessly,
but I was found
Cultures are the many things that can shape someone’s life. Traditions and memories are held close. When it comes to some cultures, they are fading within families as generations come and never learn, they become lost. One culture significantly ties personally, the Navajo culture. Growing up outside the reservation and knowing little to no knowledge of traditions, arts, or language. “I wandered aimlessly, but I was found” is a timeline of nostalgia of past memories, disconnection and fear of what the future holds, and rekindling that connection so that the future isn’t so gray for the relationship of the Navajo Culture. The book is written in both the English language and the Navajo language.
